Through our in-prison training we prepare juvenile offenders for employment. Once released we place them into basic job training in our Café’s whilst encouraging them to seek employment.

Through assessing their attitude and job readiness in the Café we are able to assist them with further training and potential future employment in one of our Café’s or an external company.

Currently we employ four ex-offenders full time and provide short term employment for events and shifts in our Cafés.

Through our Message Enterprise training programme, we have assisted over 30 ex-offenders in finding employment.
